Red, white, and blue Peasantique by Heather Mac-Donald Rouse vintage nautical/sailor maxi dress. Could also be a Betsy Ross costume. Zips at the back. 

Size: Small or size 32 - bust 88cm, sleeve 35cm, waist 70cm, length 135cm. 

No fabric label but could be cotton.
